onto
the patio. To the side of the lounge is a formal dining area
with table and chairs.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker
with ceramic hob, microwave and all mod cons. There is a table
and chairs for more informal dining. Leading from the kicthen
is a utility room with washing machine and dryer and a seperate
w.c. The property has gas central heating and gas and electrics
are included in the letting price.
Upstairs consists of three good sized bedrooms - two doubles
and a twin. The large master bedroom has a wrought iron bed and
pine furniture with the outlook from the front of the cottage.
There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. and sink.
